The single-level home is surrounded by green grass and lush tropical island foliage. The stone and stucco exterior in neutral colors blends with the surroundings rather than standing out. A cozy front entry is covered with a small sitting area before entering the home. Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out back into your island oasis. The fully screened-in space boasts a covered patio with ceiling fans, and outdoor living and dining furnishings. Open the kitchen window behind the sink and easily pass through drinks and snacks to the bar with seating for two, or to quickly set the table for a meal al fresco. If you want to grill up some family favorites, there is a BBQ grill for your convenience. If you need a refreshing dip but don’t want to pack up for the beach, jump in the pool! Outside the screened-in space is more green area surrounded by mature foliage where the kids can burn off some energy before bed.

Interior Amenities

Step inside and feel the island calm wash over you. Straight ahead you’ll find the kitchen, which boasts white cabinetry and drawers full of everything you need for home-cooked meals. White appliances present a clean look and blend with the rest of the space, while the blue backsplash offers color. You’ll also find the in-unit laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, plus storage with all the cleaning supplies you need for fresh clean laundry every day of your stay. To the right of the small entry area is the living space, featuring wood floors and comfortable furnishings flooded with light by the front windows. A hanging wicker basket swing chair for an extra island feel. Just steps away is the dining space, which features a rectangular stone table that seats everyone, with a breakfast bar within reach for making morning coffee. At the back of the kitchen, you’ll find a second living and dining space. Cozy couches and chairs surround an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, and a nearby round table seats four.

After a day of island adventure, settle into a private bedroom. Treat yourself to luxury in the master suite.
