The Big Cat Habitat Gulf Coast Sanctuary hosts numerous events throughout the year that are great to add to your vacation itinerary. Head to the Big Cat Bash on Friday, December 8th, to take photos with Santa, view special animal guests up close, see different animals presented by the professional handlers, listen to live music, enjoy meals from different food trucks, and take part in a silent auction.
If you are here in November or December, make sure you attend one of the infamous yoga events. You can attend ‘Lemur Yoga’ on December 3rd, do a downward dog pose during ‘Twilight Lemur Yoga’ on Wednesday, December 10th, or even do ‘Yoga with Tigers’ on Saturday, December 23rd for an early Christmas present.
