What is included in the 20% Commission
Anchor Down is a full service property management company that is available to handle all aspects of your property.
Marketing- We dont just sit back and wait for guests to find us. We market your home aggressively through our interntal website and every viable online travel site, tour operator and search engine available. Our homes are found on VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb and more.
Guest Relations- Our commitment to service starts with all of our guests dealing directly with our property managers- no call centers or auto attendants. We are all local. We live here. We shop and dine here, and we are the resource for all of our guests.
Accounting- We are licensed by the state of Florida's DBPR to provide comprehensive accounting solutions for your vacation rental. Some of the services we provide are paying monthly bills, County/ State Tax remittances, Monthly owner statements recapping revenues and expenses as well as an owner's portal for accounting and reservation details.
Housekeeping- All of our homes are cleaned by professional and insured housekeeping companies. Every departure clean has an 100+ point inspection report that must be completed for every departure clean. All cleaning products used are CDC approved to kill bacteria and viruses present.
Maintenance- In house maintenance offers quick reaction time and top notch service for your property and guests. All maintenance items are operated through a detailed work order program which track project details, notes, photos and billable time. Our full service maintenance team and dedicated property managers make sure that our homes are always meticulously cleaned and maintained so that our homes are a great representation of our professional management and stunning community.
Rules and Regulations- Short-term rentals are much different than annual rentals and require your property to be registered with the state and county as a transient rental. A rental license needs to be acquired as well as monthly revenue reporting and paying state and local taxes on a monthly basis.

The layout of the pool area suited the whole family and the little touches such as (Hidden by Airbnb) speakers around the pool made it feel like a home from home!!! We will return!!
