Welcome to the "Tree House!" This new to the market, recently renovated, and newly furnished property is located in the beautiful community of Cedars East Tennis Resort. The Tree House is nestled between protected mangroves and the Sarasota Bay. It is located on the North end of Longboat Key and offers the perfect location for your vacation getaway, being close to restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach! Situated on a private cul-de-sac with views of the Sarasota Bay, this unit is just steps away from a kayak/stand-up paddleboard launch, which is also an amazing spot for shelling during low tide. A private fishing doc is located in the cul-de-sac as well, complete with picnic table and umbrella.

The Tree House is located in the secluded back section of the community. Upon entering, you instantly notice the high-end finishes, thoughtful details, and quality furnishings, making this property truly a home away from home! The living room features a large flat screen, smart tv and a high-quality sound system. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef requires and even offers a few added bonuses we are sure you will enjoy! For all you grill lovers, there is a propane grill for cooking up your catch of the day! The centerpiece of the home is the walnut "river" dining table, specifically designed for the space and made by the owner.

Both bedrooms are located on the top level. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, reading chair, and desk-making it the perfect work-from-home space. The master bathroom, separated by barn doors, offers double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen tv, and a hall bathroom. Additional sleeping options are located downstairs with both living room furniture pieces converting to sleeper sofas (queen and single). The unit offers beach essentials such as 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, as well as 4 bikes for exploring the island! When relaxing on the lanai or working at the desk in the master bedroom, you feel as if you are in a tropical treehouse. You can even watch the ospreys soar by at eye level as they head to the bay for their next meal.

With all rentals, you have access to the community pool, kayak launch, nature trails, and fishing pier. For an additional fee, you can gain access to the tennis resort and fitness center as well!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

"Amazing loved everything this house had to offer! Great Location inner coastal way where we would swim our dog Charlie. Great wash area to wash him outside the townhouse. Very clean and comfortable! Only thing missing was soft king pillows! Will be back loved it there!

"Great, spacious, quiet and clean home. Although we thought it was very close to the beach (technically true), the reality is that the public beach access is a little further (its still super quick, you could ride a bike or drive only a few minutes, but just not walking distance). The community pool is a great place to chill and swim which is a short walk through the mangrove. We really enjoyed that. Overall good place to stay in a chilled and quiet spot and easy access to beaches, food etc.

Longboat Key retreat

"This property is nicely updated and very comfortable for two couples. It was nice to have washer and dryer to clean towels for the beach. Beach access was challenging on weekends but during week plenty of parking. This unit had many amenities you want for a beach holiday. There were bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. It was great not to have to worry about those items.

"This home was perfect for our family. The home is clean and very cute, it offers everything that is needed for a nice vacation. The location and property are great! We stayed with our 4 daughters (17 - 21). They loved access to the bikes, pool, exploring the bay, kayaking and enjoying nature. We also vacation with our dogs, there were nice walking areas, everyone on the property was friendly. The association keeps the grounds perfect. We will stay again. This was a great location - central to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We recommend this property & had a GREAT time there. Very nice!

"A very quiet and beautiful cul de sac property. Furnishings and beds comfy and efficent use of space. Grill, bikes, kayak, beach chairs nice extras. Public access to Gulf a short drive or a longer bike ride. We recommend the nearby restaurants, drive to St. Armand/Lido key. Having garage was big plus. Easy check-in. We enjoyed our stay and this property suited our needs well for a relaxing vacation.

Freshly remodeled

"The townhouse was recently remodeled and very tastefully appointed. It had most kitchen items and nice new appliances! However, The real disappointment was the lack of any view whatsoever. The unit looks directly into a tall group of mangroves on the main floor and just barely over the top of them on the bedroom level. Also it is our belief the unit is really not suitable for families with small children or seniors due to two steep stairways. It was quite a climb with luggage and groceries. For healthy mature adults however this should not be a problem. The neighborhood was quite friendly and you could sense an overall sense of community! Especially great if you are a tennis player. A small fee to play at the community courts. Overall we had a nice time.
