The single-level home is surrounded by green grass and lush tropical island foliage. The stone and stucco exterior in neutral colors blends with the surroundings rather than standing out. A cozy front entry is covered with a small sitting area before entering the home. Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out back into your island oasis. The fully screened-in space boasts a covered patio with ceiling fans, and outdoor living and dining furnishings. Open the kitchen window behind the sink and easily pass through drinks and snacks to the bar with seating for two, or to quickly set the table for a meal al fresco. If you want to grill up some family favorites, there is a BBQ grill for your convenience. If you need a refreshing dip but don’t want to pack up for the beach, jump in the pool! Outside the screened-in space is more green area surrounded by mature foliage where the kids can burn off some energy before bed.

Step inside and feel the island calm wash over you. Straight ahead you’ll find the kitchen, which boasts white cabinetry and drawers full of everything you need for home-cooked meals. Arrive at the home and pull into the large half-circle drive that leads to a larger parking area. The landscaped area in the front of the home features soft grass and mature vegetation, including towering palm trees. The mix of cool and bold colors and textures of the outside of the home reflect the style you’ll find inside. The entrance to the home is guarded by a small, covered area so you can stay out of the sun while you set your bags aside and open the door. Once you’ve made yourself at home inside, step out into your outdoor oasis. The backyard of the home features an open area where pets can run and do their business away from the outdoor entertaining area. There is also a large stainless steel BBQ grill in the area for cooking outdoor meals. The covered patio off the back off the home features Adirondack-style seating where you can relax in the island weather.
