- No smoking allowed in the house! Smoking outside of the unit ONLY! If smoke is smelled in the house, there is a $500 cleaning fee.
- Any person other than those in the original guest party (renter) is the sole responsibility of the guest (renter).
- This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while you are on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of guests (renters). By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests (renters) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises.
- Please be considerate of your surroundings and do not have any loud music or noise after 10:00 pm.
- All items in the house and on the property including DVD’s, CD’s, books, and games are intended for the use and entertainment of the guest while staying here and are NOT to be removed from the house or property.
- For your safety—No glass items inside or around the pool area.
- Swim at your own risk and PLEASE monitor children around the pool, lanai, and property grounds.
- Lost remotes will be replaced for a $50.00 fee.
- Do NOT leave any doors or windows open when the A/C is on. It will freeze up the unit and the air conditioning will not work for a couple of days.
