This 3 bedrooms 2 bath pool home offers everything you need for your next vacation getaway! Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom features a king-size bed a private bathroom, and a wall-mounted tv. Bedroom two offers a queen size bed along with a flat-screen tv and Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds as well as a trundle bed that comes from the bottom. This bedroom also has a TV and Wii gaming system along with a desk to get some work completed. The shared bathroom is located across the hall.
*Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
*Beach Essentials available for use: Beach Chairs, Beach towels, and a small cooler.
*This property does have a washer and dryer.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
