Common Spaces
As soon as you enter the home, you will be blown away by the modern decor, cool lighting fixtures, white-washed vibes, granite countertop, and artwork in the living room. We love the modern touches and the blue accents that make it feel like you are living in a high-end beach home, not a sterile hotel room.
The living room features a large couch with a coffee table that is great for resting your feet after a long day of surfing on the beach. You can also lay down on the couch and enjoy watching a show on the smart TV, gazing out of the large windows at the pristine views in the distance, or playing a game of cards with your friends.
Kitchen
Do you need to make a few snacks for your guests before you head to the beach? If you are in the mood to make a beach picnic, use the modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high bar stool seating to put together a nice beach lunch to enjoy on the white sand Holmes Beach.
The kitchen is easy to use and functional, ensuring that you will enjoy using it — even if you are no Master Chef or Top Chef! You will love the granite countertop island for serving happy hour rinks, high top bar seats for extra seating, stainless steel new appliances for quickly making food, and white cabinets for storing snacks.
Dining Room
Plus, once you have made a nice dinner spread or breakfast buffet for your guests, you can sit at the large wooden dining room table to enjoy a meal together. The dining room table features two chairs and two benches, providing comfortable and spacious seating for all of your guests to easily fit.
