The outdoor space is large, modern, and cozy for hanging out and having a nice mid-afternoon relaxation by the pool. The pool is great for teaching your kids how to swim, play games, and get a great tan during the middle of the day. Not to mention, the pool is covered with windows and a glass ceiling, making it usable at any point of the year — even if it happens to be cold or rainy! 

The outdoor space also features large tiles, ample seating, dining room tables, and low lighting that is ideal for having a nice dinner, sharing appetizers with your friends, or enjoying happy hour with one another. 

Living Room

The living room features cozy and plush couches, coffee tables, a fireplace, and a smart TV that is great for watching a movie or show before you go to sleep at night. The comfortable furnishings and large open floor plan make it easy for you and all of your friends to sit together, have drinks, and chat with one another about what to do for the upcoming evening out on the town. Plus, the dining room table is just a few steps away from the living room, making it easy for you to sit and have a nice meal with one another. 

Game Room

Another fun room for you to use during your stay here is the game room, with plush couches, coffee tables, a foosball table, and a TV that is great for kids or teenagers to have as their own private space! This game room opens out onto the covered porch, which makes it easy for guests to access the outdoor space in just a few steps.

The kitchen is spacious, modern, and functional to use for making snacks, cooking dinner, whipping up lunch, or making coffee early in the morning. The kitchen has a new oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer for cooking food, preparing snacks, and creating tasty breakfast buffets for your guests early in the morning. 

The granite countertop is plenty big to prepare food, make happy hour drinks, and serve your guests sitting at the high-top bar stools! The kitchen is part of an open floor plan and connects to the living room, game room, and dining room table, making it easy for all guests to have a place to sit, have drinks, and eat a meal with one another. 

Bedrooms

Last but not least, the bedrooms are the perfect place to chill out, relax, and have a great night of sleep! The bedrooms feature plus bedding, modern decorations, fluffy pillows, and large windows that let in the natural light from outside. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that is plenty big for you to spread out and watch TV as you fall asleep at night. Plus, this secluded master suite has its own pirate entrance to the pool area for an early morning swim! 

The second bedroom and third bedroom feature queen-sized beds for cuddling with one another, easing your aching muscles from a long day of surfing, and watching your favorite Netflix show or movie before hitting the hay. The guest bedrooms also feature a full bathroom to rinse off after a long day.
