Welcome to Five O'Clock Somewhere, this house is situated in Palma Sola Park located in NW Bradenton the most desirable vacation destination in Bradenton. This NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom private pool home (Can be heated for an additional fee) is the perfect property for your vacation destination. Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants, IMG as well as a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island this location has it all!
This 3 bedroom split floor plan property is pet friendly and offers tons of natural light throughout the house. This property offers a comfortable living area with a large flat screen smart tv perfect for watching your favorite tv shows/ movies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and offers new stainless steel appliances. Gather around the kitchen island to enjoy a nice meal or you even have additional seating at the dining room table.
In the back of the property, you have an additional screened-in lanai that offers comfortable outdoor seating for your morning cup of coffee. The outside area also offers a BBQ grill and a large table to enjoy grilling out and spending time by the pool. The pool was recently remodeled and can be heated for an additional fee. The backyard is also completely fenced in so if you decide to bring your furry friends they will have a place to hang out and relax as well!
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located on the right side of the house and offers a king-size bed, tv, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the house are the two additional bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. All have smart tvs and offer a shared bathroom.
Enjoy the outdoors? Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson’s Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

*High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use.
*Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
