Bayou Bungalow is a pristine 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that can comfortably fit you and your 7 best friends or family members. Featuring a fancy outdoor space with a pool and covered table, hanging chandelier, bright exterior walls, and comfortable furnishings, we offer everything you want and more at this holiday home.

As soon as you walk up to the home, you will notice the brightly colored exterior walls. This house really jumps out in the community! We love the bright red color, the manicured garden, and the driveway leading up to the home. We know that you want the best of the best for your holiday house — so we make sure that no stone goes unturned. The bright walls and unique architectural design will make you marvel before you even enter the house. 

If you head around to the back yard, the opulence continues. You will notice the beautiful outdoor space, complete with a covered pool and ample seating areas. The seating area is perfect to sit under the shade at any point of the day to read a book and have a few snacks with your friends. or you can sit outside in the bright sunshine to get a nice sun-kissed flow before hopping into the pool. Swim a few laps or teach your kids the basic strokes.

Not to mention, you can sit outside and have a nice meal al fresco due to the hanging chandelier, adding a sense of style and aesthetics to the pool area. You can sit under the bright lights and enjoy a nice meal made in your modern kitchen. 

The modern kitchen contains appliances, ample granite countertop space, high bar stool seating, and much more. The kitchen is perfect for those who don’t even want to cook! You Can whip up a quick breakfast, make cocktails for your friends, or brew a fresh pot of coffee in this functional and modern kitchen. 

After having a nice outdoor dinner, head to the living room to kick back and relax with your friends. Whether you want to watch something on TV or you want to play board games with your pals, there are ample seating areas with plush couches and chairs that are sure to help you relax and chill out. We love the smart TV and the convertible couch that can be turned into a Murphy bed for friends who want to stay over at your high-end accommodation! 

If you are staying in a bedroom instead, then you can head into the master bedroom with the en suite bathroom or one of the other two bedrooms. There are three spacious bedrooms, all with cozy beds, plush bedding, and large pillows that make it easy for you to fall asleep in no time at all. If you can’t fall asleep right away, turn on your smart TV and fall asleep to the sound of your favorite movie. Additional sleeping space is offered in the family room on a comfortable Murphy Bed that hides away in the wall. 

When you wake up in the morning, think about what you want to do for the upcoming day. The good thing is there are endless activities for you to do! It doesn’t matter if you enjoy outdoor exercise, sports, shopping, restaurants, or bar-hopping — there really is something for everyone in this exciting and upbeat community.

Firstly, we recommend going to De Soto National Memorial Park. This is the ideal place to go if you want to go hiking, go for a run, take a nice bike ride, or watch the sunset with a picnic with your partner. You can also take a nice stroll with your kids along one of the many nature trails and gaze at the picturesque Skyway Bridge. 

Another fun thing to do on a cool nature-filled day out is Robinson’s Preserve. Get in some more exercise here and hit your 10K step mark per day while you walk around the picturesque walking trails, bring your children to the fun playground, and check out the local wildlife.

For your last day here, we love going to Palma Sola Causeway that is just 3 miles from Anna Maria Island. As you can see, there is no shortage of fun things to do during your stay on our pristine property!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. 

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
