The first level is what elevates the home, The Garage is NOT Accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots available in front of the unit for parking. This home is section A of the Duplex putting you directly off Gulf Dr. The exterior has a fenced in side yard to store all your beach equipment and rinse off after a long day at the beach!
When entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home. Featuring the living room, kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
