There are also 7 satellite pools located throughout the community. Golf and amenities membership transfers for $642, all you pay is a cart fee.

The spacious living room and sleek and stylish kitchen that flows through the dining room are perfect for enjoying your favorite home-cooked meal. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your extended stay. The condo offers elegant furniture and freshly painted neutral accent wall colors that create an epic space in every room. Not to mention the tasteful furniture package in every room. Everything in the condo is new and meticulously maintained.
The gorgeous master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and full bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The condo is equipped with Smart TVs and a variety of options for your favorite TV movie channels. Also, for your convenience, the condo is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a washer & dryer, and smart locks for ease of access. Come and enjoy the beautiful views from the screened-in lanai watching the bird estuary or golfers on the 12th hole.
Rental includes 1 assigned covered parking space. There is also plenty of guest parking.
**Community Application is required and could take 15 days for approval.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
