One of our best family gatherings ever. This property served our large group in every way possible. From our arrival to our check out, things couldn’t have been better. We all had fun in the game room, the pool, the hot tub, we were even able to pull a boat up to the dock so everyone could go on a boat ride. This was an epic family trip and this great property played a large part in everyone having such a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Plantation House. Not only was the house beautiful, it accommodated our family in any aspect we could ask for. Kristie, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short ofamazing. It had a beautiful back patio we could sit at and enjoy the sunrise or the sunset across the bay. It was also in a quiet neighborhood so noise distraction wasn’t an issue at all. We will be rebooking!!

This house made a miraculous long weekend even more special. What a wonderful experience in this home! Everyone who walked in was so impressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were four bathrooms, three with showers! But the most impressive was the outside area under the lanai. The pool was larger than any other I’ve seen in other rentals, there was ample seating between the table, couch, and bar stools, and plenty of lights for evenings.

For the third consecutive year, we had an excellent stay at this property. The view, especially at sunset, is beautiful. The location is very convenient to the beaches, shopping, and parks. The house is spacious and well-appointed. Kristi is a great property manager, and was attentive to our needs. We plan to return next year as it allows us to escape the cold and snow of the north for a month.

This house was beautiful! I am a Realtor who manages properties personally and this home was one of most well maintained homes I have ever stayed in. The size of the pool is larger than the typical home and the pool toys were much appreciated. The location was a short drive to many popular beach destinations along with multiple supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay celebrating our son’s graduation and would definitely return in the future. Thank you Nate and Kristi for making our first time to Bradenton so enjoyable!

Nate is a super property manager. He was available by text or call for questions but definitely not intrusive. He picked up rental bikes for us and had them waiting. He gave us great local tips. The house was very clean, very well stocked. Our group of 6- 3 different families all were VERY impressed and satisfied with everything at the house, our price paid and the level of service from Anchor Down. Our hats are off to Nate and we will be back! We highly recommend Anchor Down to anyone looking for Anna Marie/Bradenton rentals.
