One of our most popular and well-liked properties is Jerry’s Gem, a beautiful and spacious home featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of space for you and five of your very best friends. 

As soon as you enter the house, you will immediately notice the outdoor pool area! The covered pool makes it easy for you and your pals to sit outside with cocktails and enjoy the pristine weather. 

Plus, if you happen to be here during a rare rainy or cold spell, you can still go swimming in the pool due to the covered top. The bright windows and covered pool let in natural light, while keeping you protected while you swim a few laps in the pool and teach your kids how to swim.

Not to mention, the outdoor space features a covered table with a fan, outdoor lights, and grill, making it ideal for outdoor dining during your stay. Head outside in the evenings to enjoy happy hour, playing board games with your friends, or enjoying al fresco dining. 

Another perk of our beautiful property is the modern and spacious kitchen. We pride ourselves on providing a modern interior with stainless steel appliances, plenty of floor space, white cabinets, and easy-to-use appliances that make even those who do not enjoy cooking a great place to make drinks, snacks, and dinners for guests! 

The kitchen is long and features an open floor plan with the living room, making the house feel even bigger than it already is. Plus, with the white cabinets, white flooring, and bright lighting fixtures, the house has an open-air and spacious vibe. 

In the kitchen, you can also sit at the dining room table in the attached room for having a nice meal together, playing a board game, or challenging one another to a game of cards. A little healthy competition is great during vacation! 

After a long day of being on the beach and exploring all that this pristine area has to offer, it might be time to chill out and relax. Head to the living room and immediately sink into the plush leather couch or the love seat. The recliner loveseat features comfortable and soft brown leather, while the L-shaped leather couch is plenty big for you and all of your guests to chill out, chat with one another, and enjoy the relaxing ambiance. And not to mention, there is a special swinging, wicker chair in the living room that is great for relaxing, reading a book, or taking a nap. 

If the living room is feeling a bit crowded (although we guarantee it won’t!), then the ‘kids’ or teenagers can head to the separate room. There is another living room that features two large chairs, coffee table, lamp table, couch, and smart TV that is great for hanging out, watching your favorite show, or talking with your guests before heading out for the night. 

This extra living room space is great if you are on vacation with your children and they want their own space to chill out and watch a flick on TV. 

Last but not least, the bedrooms are plenty big and spacious to provide every single guest with a fantastic night of sleep before waking up feeling rested and ready to tackle the day. This large house features three bedrooms — and trust us, there is no ‘bad’ bedroom here!

The master bedroom features a large and plush king-sized bed that is plenty big for you and your partner to snuggle together. Plus, you can enjoy the TV to wind down after a long day of entertaining your guests and an ensuite bathroom for rinsing off before curling up under the soft covers.

Your guests can enjoy the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, fluffy pillows, and a smart TV to watch their favorite Netflix show before falling asleep at night. The third bedroom has two twin, single beds that are great for solo travelers or kids who want their own privacy during vacation.
